No. Some problems depend on access, third-party systems, hidden defects, or broader implementation work that cannot be completed in one short meeting.
Refunds are generally not offered after a session has taken place. If you need to cancel in advance, I am happy to reschedule and may offer a refund if given 24-hour notice.
If we discover that the work requires hands-on implementation or deeper investigation, I can suggest the most practical next step separately.
